Raising Leaders UAE
Raising Leaders UAE was established with a deep passion for early childhood education and a clear vision to shape confident young learners. Founded by Mrs. Abarna and Ms. Anushya, the center was created to provide children with a strong foundation for lifelong learning in a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment.
Their shared experience and commitment to quality education led to the creation of a learning space where every child is encouraged to explore, grow, and lead with confidence.

Mrs. Abarna Vijayakumar BE, B ed
she is an experienced Early Childhood Education professional with 6+ years of teaching and leadership experience, including extensive exposure in international schools and nurseries in the UAE.She brings strong academic insight and hands-on classroom expertise to early years education.
Holding a Bachelor of Education, an Advanced Diploma in Montessori Education (Distinction), and an Engineering degree, she blends structured learning with creative, child-centered practices. Her strengths include curriculum planning, classroom management, parent engagement, and ADEK-compliant academic coordination.
She strongly believes that early childhood is the most critical stage of development. Her approach focuses on creating a safe, joyful, and stimulating learning environment where every child is valued, guided with care, and encouraged to develop independence, confidence, and a lifelong love for learning.
Mrs Anushya
Ms. Anushya Dinesh Mca , B ed she is a former International School Teacher with over 7 + years in UAE with rich teaching experience, dedicated to nurturing children’s holistic development. A LY topper in the university she brings strong academic excellence combined with deep classroom expertise.
She is passionate about guiding children in academic growth, character building, confidence, and life skills, ensuring every child learns in a supportive and encouraging environment. As a proven mentor and guide, Ms. Anushya plays a key role in shaping the organisation’s educational vision.
